ID-Fix can work stand-alone or in complement to WinRoute.
ID-Fix helps companies automatically recognise whether a new order delivery address – even if spelled differently – correspond to a delivery address that is already registered in the system. This means that the information linked to the known delivery address such as opening hours, loading time, specific constraints, free comments, are immediately inherited from the known address. If it does not find a perfect match, ID-Fix will propose best match addresses minimizing the need to re-introduce customer information.
ID-Fix was specifically developed for companies that are active in parcels delivery distribution or in similar activities.
It helps organisations to deal with bad quality delivery addresses provided by their customers and eliminates double deliveries to the same location just because they were registered under slightly different names.
